To say I was slightly mortified is an understatement! She must have wondered what the hell happened.
I ended up with a bruise that spread from my knee to my ankle, mainly due to not resting it as it wasn't as painful as it looked. However, spoke too soon there, as I learned the hard way today not to try to run onto a closing train with a weak knee, as I am now at home with icepacks on both knees! :-/
