This should be a full post of my fun weekend in Dundee but thanks to Windows taking an hour to install updates on my computer last night, I've still not uploaded all my photos.
So until then - I graduated in my Master of Letters studies with Merit last Thursday!

It was a great day, once I got over the feeling of imposter syndrome - all those students who have been studying IN Dundee for the past 3 or so years, celebrating with their friends and little old me turning up and playing at being a student in a robe along side them!
I didn't fall over, wasn't the only one to struggle with keeping the hood in place, managed to dye my hair exactly the same shade as the hood and didn't have to wear the frumpy white shirt I brought along just in case. (when we arrived on Wednesday to see all the graduands dressed as if they were about to go out clubbing, I was glad I brought an alternative, more "me" outfit too!)
I did get slightly tipsy in the garden party after, attempted to join in with the Ceildh (so much better than the naff discos one gets in England!) and got slightly morose about not being Scottish .... my tenous link to Scotland now over and I just want to stay there!
