first post of 2014

Hello LJ!  I've not been on here much over Christmas, so I've a lot of catching up to do - been mainly using my phone for internet useage whilst busy sewing, and LJ just works pants on my phone!
Back in work Monday, so hopefully can find a few lunchbreaks to catch up on reading and posting on here.

But I've sewn lots (making a coat for Krakow trip in February and starting on my Gala Nocturna dress), visited families, bought a load of shiny jewelry and also household appliances; eaten and drank too much and finally got to burn a little of it off by a good dance at Inferno last night! must have shifted at least a mince pie's worth of calories there. :-)

Off again now, back to the grindstone ;-), still more sewing I want to get done this weekend before my extended Christmas holiday finally ends.
