Has anyone ever managed to complete a ticket purchase off Flag Promotions' website?

Been trying for a week now to get tickets for Apop and every time it gets to the paypal link the transaction fails.  Tickets are still in my shopping cart and neither EEEtickets nor Flag will reply to advise on how to make payment.

Have tried using different computers and different browsers, with the same result, so i think the problem is their side and not mine.

From what i recall, the same problem happened last time I tried to buy directly from them.  Don't really want to go to a third party seller, as the booking fee will be more and I am trying to save whatever money I can (getting a scary credit card bill for this month!)

Bloody useless. Meh!

Frank is pretty useless with technology, so not really surprised. I'd suggest trying to ring him on whatever number is on his website (I don't have a number for him).

Its no wonder he pushes for the support bands to sell tickets, too difficult to buy them by any other method! :-)

Yeah, we save him a lot of effort!

BTW, the Apollo hotel in Utrecht is doing a Summer Darkness special offer, €388 for 4 nights (6th Aug-10th Aug, double room), which isn't bad for a 4-star. I've stayed there twice before and it is very central, very close to station, shops and the main Summer Darkness venue.

Go to http://www.summerdarkness.nl/festival/info.php, scroll down to the Apollo listing, click where it says to download a booking form. A bit clunky, but you save a fair few bob... after scouting around at lunch time, there aren't any hotels as nice for as cheap!

Thanks for the tip! Now to work out how to talk Rob around! :-) Pretty good deal though, considering they don't ask for pre-payment either.

I always tend to get the tickets for flag from resurrection or from the venue. His website is really useless

I usually scout around first to see if the support bands are selling them!
:-) Can't find anything in this case though.
if anything, guess i'll have to go to MNS to get tickets, rather give them the extra money than Resurrection.
